Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

I normally use Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery which - including packaging works out at £5 - £9 depending on size and weight. If this is not suitable, please get in touch and we can work out the best way of sending your items.

I have spent a lot of time working out the best way to pack things and what to use to ensure that ceramics reach reach their destination unharmed. I pack each piece myself before it is sent. I use cardboard bubble-wrap and biodegradable packaging peanuts.

I will always take care to get your order to you in the time frame I have estimated, I am not responsible for postal delays. In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive or arrives damaged I would ask you to contact me before leaving a review. I will replace the item or if that’s not possible I will issue a refund.

I am a small business and occasionally things can go wrong - I will always strive to make things right

Ceramics are heavy and care needs to be taken to ensure that they are safe in transit however, I do keep shipping costs to a minimum and do not make a profit on postage and packing.

Shipping International

I have no standard costs for shipping overseas - if you’re interested in buying something and you are not based in the UK, please contact me and we can work out the best way to get it to you.

Returns

I gladly accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery. if you wish to cancel an order, please request a cancellation by email within 2 days of purchase and a full refund will be issued.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or commissioned orders or Sale items.

Please note that purchasers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
